8 Day Athens - Mykonos - Delos - Santorini ~ The Phoenician Pirates
Our 8 day Athens and Cyclades islands itinerary easily allows you to make all connections and arrive in Athens when schedule permits knowing that a central Athens 2 star superior hotel accommodation is ready and waiting for you. The following morning, the minimum time in Athens required to visit the must see Acropolis and Parthenon is spent. Those bare minimum of Athens most famous sites seen, and souvenirs priced, at 2:45 in the afternoon of your second day in Greece you'll set off to board your first ferry to the Greek islands.
An interesting and leisurely 5.5 hour Greek islands ferry boat voyage to Mykonos, with short stops likely, at other Cyclades island on the way, and where you'll still have an hour of the hot Greek sun left to check into your hotel and get your bearings, or even do some late afternoon shopping because Mykonos hardly ever closes, even at night. You'll have 3 nights to explore Mykonos' world class bars, cafes, clubs, discos, restaurants and stores and 3 days to work on your tan on its many sandy beaches.
Ancient Delos, birth place of Apollo and Artemis, is just offshore and you wont want to miss the guided tour of this, the ancient center of the Cyclades. Getting there in a smaller Kiaki type boat will be one of the highlights of your visit to the Greek Islands too. On the 5th day you sail off to Santorini (5 hrs) in the afternoon from where you will enjoy a one of Greece's natural wonders and one of the top 20 most popular islands in the world.
After two more days of sun and history filled activity on Santorini such as ancient Acrotiri, you'll depart for Athens and and the next 
day be ready to continue your journey home wards perhaps.
Santorini has too much to say for its self to be in the scope of this itinerary but this island and this one alone is the place where a caldera view (cliff/crater view) room, or hotel will make your vacation much different from the other guys! Its worth the extra money and will be the high point of your trip to Greece (no pun intended)! These accommodations afford a good place to 'pop the question too' if its romance you are after!.

There is nothing you cant change including hotel category, ferry schedule class and speed and length of stay.

8 Day Athens - Mykonos - Santorini Cycladic Phoenician Pirates
- Day 01: Arrival Athens International Airport. Meet and greet by our English speaking guide and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day free for shopping and lunch/dinner at a typical Greek taverna in Plaka or Makriyianni area. Overnight.
- Day 02: After breakfast, you will be picked up by the tour representative for the Half day Athens sightseeing tour. Our driver will pick you up from the hotel after the tour and take you to the port for your journey to Mykonos. Arrive in Mykonos and transfer to your hotel.
- Day 02, 03, 04 ( 3 overnights) in Mykonos
- Day 03: Transfer to the port in the morning for the half day tour of the sacred island of Delos. After the tour, you will be dropped off at the port and rest of the day free to explore the town of Mykonos, have lunch and lake you own way to your hotel.
- Day 05: transfer to the port for your trip to Santorini. Arrive at the port and transfer to your hotel.
- Day 05, 06 ( 2 overnights) in Santorini
- Day 07: Transfer to the airport to take the flight back to Athens. Arrive in Athens and transfer to your hotel. We can arrange a Athens by night tour with dinner and Greek dancing for your final night. Overnight
- Day 08: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the airport for your connecting flight back home.
Remarks: We can arrange this package from budget to deluxe class hotels according to each person’s budget. We offer transfers so you don’t loose time waiting in Queues and wasting your precious time. If you wish, we can arrange a rent-a-car in both islands so you can explore the islands at your own pace.
We will issue the boat tickets and along with the vouchers we will deliver at your hotel in Athens along with a detailed itinerary so you will have everything ready from the time you arrive in Athens. You will be well looked after in Greece and will have assistance if you need any help at all while you are here.
Dear All: First of all thanks for your prompt reply. I find your quotation very reasonable, so I´m positive we will use your services. However I would like to ask you to quote me the same tour with four star hotels also. If the difference is not to big, we would probably use those ones. All I´m waiting for is your information in order to make our decision. If you send me the new quotation I will book the tour by Monday.

Notes: We reserve the right to exchange dates in Mykonos for the Delos excursion as Mondays it is closed and in case of bad weather(wind) which prevents the ship sailing. The times indicated are at this moment a reasonably accurate timing, however, ship and air schedules will be advised nearer the booking dates.

Please note that these prices are for 2 PERSONS sharing a double room, included in this price are all the above services mentioned, transfers, hotels, breakfast, tours, domestic boat and air tickets for 2 persons, taxes, vat, port and airport taxes.
Clients wishing to have Caldera view room in Santorini may do so with an supplementary cost of 200 Euro for the two nights in question. (less if you contact us several months in advance and/or come during low season)
