GREEK RECIPE: Trahana Soup

Heat oil in a skillet. Add onion and satee until golden. Add boiling awater slowly. Add diluted tonato paste, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, add wine and trahana. Stir thoroughly so thet the trahana pasta dopes not stick together. Bring to simmer uncovered for ten minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
